[My daughter] has shown great improvement since she began talking with you! I'm very happy to see her confidence growing during her competitions. Her ability to dismiss her negative self talk is gaining strength and it shows in her play. She is a stronger presence on the field and happier when she finishes a game because she doesn't harbor on negative items like she used to. She will still have bad moments and get frustrated, but that is a normal part of life. The difference is that it doesn't paralyze her any more and she doesn't shut down like she has in the past. She is getting better, moving on from it and figuring out how to change it next time. Thank you!

[My daughter] played 85 minutes against Holy Cross and won about 30 headers and numerous other 50/50 balls with her legs. Really back to her fearless self.

I just want to say thank you for working with [my daughter]. She is feeling good about herself and playing so well. It's so nice to watch her play with confidence.

Besides being a highly accomplished and decorated player in her own right, Amanda Ferranti has firmly established herself as one of the leading Athlete Mentors on Long Island. She effectively guided my daughter in her development from a young, promising high school player into a top recruit who now plays at the elite Division I level for a nationally ranked program. Amanda was instrumental in the entire process - from working on fitness, to technical skills, to the preparation for the mental game and ultimately navigating the college recruitment process - Amanda was unquestionably one of the keys to Attie’s success.

Amanda worked with my high school soccer team throughout the season during my senior year. She helped us to both become a cohesive unit that worked relentlessly for each other on the field and to funnel our energy towards a common goal. Leading us through the season game by game, she trained us to visualize success and taught us mental skills which gave us the upper hand in every match we went into. We learned where to focus our attention and how to control emotions that hindered our ability to perform at the highest possible level. With Amanda’s guidance, everyone found a role to fill on the team and became indispensable. Not only did we encounter success – winning Conference, County, Long Island, and Regional Championships – but we became a family in the process, all of which is attributable to the work Amanda did with the team.

Amanda Ferranti and Ferranti Empowerment help to bridge that gap between player and coach using a variety of different methods and approaches. Their players mental roadblock is quickly becoming the number one challenge amongst college and youth soccer coaches and Amanda does a brilliant job of pulling from her own extensive playing background to help work to overcome these challenges. Amanda was an invaluable asset to me as she worked from preseason to postseason to help identify, plan, and fix any and all obstacles while helping to lead us to our programs first Conference Championship. Ferranti Empowerment is a must for any one looking to get an edge on their competition and to take their game to the next level
